This photo is from a Dufaycolor transparency taken by Charles Quinton, my father, around 1949. I think the second ship is the Worthing.
You're right, the other steamer is Worthing. I'm guessing that this might be Londres' maiden arrival in 1947. She does look pristine. The Museum has a photo of that event from another angle so it should be possible to check.
