Thanks Roger, I used to work with your dad and helped him out when required. We would go off on the BSA 250cc motorcycle & sidecar, mostly doing  maintenance in Gibbon Road. He taught me to do glazing and face putties. George and my dad were good friends. I wonder if your mum remembers me. Give her my regards.

I started as a junior player with the club around 1948/49 and played regularly until the middle/late 1950's. Pamela Peters also played there at the same time, but moved to Lewes.
