The scooter is a Vespa, engine in bits! the car is an Austin, possibly A35, registered new in London. I was an early Honda rider in 1964, they hardly ever broke down.
The car looks like an Austin A30, The A35 had a larger rear window and windscreen. I purchased an A35 in 1962 from George, who sold cars along the riverside next to Walser and Turner, can you remember him?. I think George Still worked for him at some time. Quite a few youngsters bought their first cars from George. Les Hunter, another name springs to mind, also worked there.
