My best friend Evelyn Kennard and me at Barbara Lynchs dance show about 1957. Does anyone have photos of similar shows?

In the second picture is my mum Daisy Wilkinson (Simmons) and her long time friend Elsie Walton (Byrne). They were both such a pleasure to be with. I believe the photo was taken sometime in the 1980s.

I am Barbara Lynch's (Ebbs) sister and I have a photo and I think she has as well.  The costumes were made by my nan, Mrs Ring. We raised the money to buy the navy blue velvet curtains for the stage at Tideway and bought the first swings and slide  for the Lewes Road recreation ground doing those shows.

I can remember going to your nan to be measured for dancing costumes. I think we lived near your aunt Nelly on St Luke's Lane.
