LIFEBOAT FETE 2018

Our Newhaven on display

A great day was had by all at the 2018 Lifeboat Fete at Fort Road Rec, even if attendance did fall off around 3.00pm due to some football match or other! The weather could not have been better, and Charlie the ice cream man was doing a roaring trade!

The Our Newhaven stand was busy as always and it was great to see so many people enjoying looking through our new photo albums, and hearing stories of their life and times in the town.

Our grateful thanks go to the many people who kindly made a donation to help keep Our Newhaven up and running!

I'd have come along if I'd known. Perhaps this site could do some "Upcoming Events" ads.

Food for thought Ron, sorry you missed us, but we try and attend as many local events as possible.
