'Defending Britain' - filming of pilot March 6th 2009

On a bright crisp March morning Stuart and I were invited to take photos of the filming of a one-hour pilot show to be called 'Defending Britain'. Producer Doug Bolton and The Independant newspaper travel-expert and broadcaster Simon Calder were very accommodating and helpful in allowing us to observe throughout the morning's filming.
Ian Everest, Philip Baldock and Ray Turner were interviewed. Simon and Doug were well researched and professional and Ian, Phil and Ray had a wealth of knowledge they shared. Fingers crossed that the pilot will be commissioned - the fort and surrounding scenery were at their best.
