Just to try and put some names on this, if any are incorrect then apologies. Maybe someone can fill in the blanks.
Back Row left to right: Ken (forgotten surname),Brian Renville (maybe), Nicky Winder, Roger Wish or White, Don't know, Bob Southgate, Alan Stanyard, Don't know.
Front Row left to right: Tony Mitchell, Dave Winder, Dave Wells, Alan Jones, Dave Bain.
I well remember the yellow shirts with green hoop, green shorts and yellow socks and that slope on the pitch.

Ken was one of those guys who spent all his spare time helping with the training of local football teams. I remember him when I played for Newhaven Olympics at Eastside Rec. and Piddinghoe in the late 60's.

The chap on the left is Ken Woolmer. I was friends in the 60's with his son Allan. They lived in Northdown Road until emigrating to Australia in the late 60''s I think

I used to walk to Piddinghoe every Sunday morning as a kid to watch one of the teams, I think they had 4 teams going at one time. This must have been in the early sixties and I loved their sloping pitch with the ditch at the bottom where a man stood with a net on a pole to retrieve the ball. It's a real shame that the team, the pitch, the shop and the pub are all now sadly gone.

The man on the far right is indeed Reg Ingram; I used to go with my dad when he used to paint the white lines on the pitch.

Yes, the player on the left of Ken Woolmer on the back row was me!!

I'm surprised that you can see me! I must have been the shortest in the team.
