Rex Cinema de Luxe - etc

The following postcard is another popular view from Meeching Road corner, over to the left of the picture and looking down the High Street is the Cinema de Luxe. Laterly known as the Rex Cinema. The movie " Dishonoured " was showing, this motion picture was released in 1931 and starred Marlene Dietrich. The lady on the opposite side of the road wearing black is looking at the cinema, is this Marlene Dietrich? I think not, but she does have a similar appearance! I have included some close up sections of this lovely picture, how many interesting details can you find? Perhaps the people cooing at the baby in the pram, or the three men outside the Bridge Hotel!
