I can only say that it saddens my heart to see what has happened to Newhaven. A town I was once proud of.

Grateful thanks to all concerned for all the fond memories this site brings back to me.

Odd really how I live on this side of the world but my heart is still there in Newhaven.

It is a pleasure to see that Newhaven has begun to invest in its future. A lot of people seem to view Newhaven through rose tinted spectacles. Newhaven needs money, investment and improved services. It is the gateway to England from Europe. Rip down the old and put the NEW back into Newhaven

Interesting to see if these will ever sell now the developer is bankrupt. Not surprising really if you are daft enough think you can sell £600,000 flats in Newhaven.

Isn't it about time these were auctioned off? Local people need affordable homes. Why are PricewaterhouseCoopers still trying to sell them at London prices?
