Gosh, all those names from the past. The Ladbroke Mercury Motor Inn, Noise in Bridge Street (bought a few records there!).

Senlac came onto the route in 1973, so the brochure must be later than that. It's interesting to see a 1950's / early 60's photo or two of the harbour and ships crept in there too. Not enough money to send EBA Studios' guy around to take some new ones, I expect! Andy

It would be good if these images were links to larger versions, as I'm sure there's a lot of interesting reading here, which I'm sorry to say I can't read. Maybe it's just my ageing eyes?? If so, I apologise!

It cannot be any later than the 1st of April 1974, as that is when Newhaven U.D.C. (Who produced the booklet) were merged into Lewes D.C.
