Collection of John Sweatman

The programme for Merrie England I think links with the picture titled as "Congregational Church Choral Society" and is the Newhaven & District Society - but says the performance was in the old church rooms in South Road in the November of 1956. The Newspaper cutting is unfortunately not dated.
