'A Christmas Carol'

Most of the children in the photo lived in the Newfield Road, Church Hill and Brighton Road area.  This play was produced by Tony Benger and performed in the Methodist Church, Chapel Street.

Remember it well. I am between Peter Harris and Roy Gittings. I think the girl sitting in front of me is my second (or third) cousin Winnie Woolgar.

The "Ghost" behind Roy Gittings is Janet Knight and to the right of the Top hat is her sister Barbara & to her right is Bernard ? ( Don't remember his surname.)
