This view looks like it shows, from left to right: Brighton IV at the Railway Quay, Dieppe in front of the London & Paris Hotel, then Rouen in the Night Berth and finally Worthing. Worthing was only just three years old at the time. The tug Foremost 22 is at her usual mooring place, No.5 Stage.
