This was taken at the Neill's Close street party for the Queen's Silver Jubilee. 1977.  Residents of Meeching Rise and Saxon Road were also involved. Does anyone recognize a family member or friend?

My nan 'Caroline Graves' (nee Parris), is seated on the left at the bottom of the picture. She died in the middle 1980's. She was married to Albert Graves - my mother is Kitty Graves (married Ray Turner), my aunts are: Violet Tucknott, Doris Cairns and Evelyn Smith. (All still live locally).

I think  this was for the Royal wedding in '81, as that is my brother (Richard Horscraft) in the background playing the organ and he wasn't born until '73! Talented as he is he wasn't on the road at such a young age!
