My Dad Alan Bannister used to annoy local people by wearing coloured jumpers whilst playing cricket, there was a reason, my sister used to knit Dad a jumper every year and he used to wear them whilst playing cricket for her, as we could see the recreation ground where he played, from our windows in Hillcrest Road
