This was taken on board the barge , 'Alert' which was moored by the old Denton Island Bridge,  Washer's Wharf, now North Quay.  It would have been a Christmas Party and many well known faces and memories will flood back to many of the lads when they see this and I hope they will give more information and put names to faces.
