Peacehaven/Newhaven/Seaford Bypass.

Does anyone have any recollection of plans for a Northern Bypass being drawn up from Peacehaven Golf Club thro to the East Side of Seaford. We found the plans when we first went on the internet around the back end of 1960 early 70. This was before the ring road was put down. The plans were commissioned by a German Company?.
The road was to run from the Golf Coarse thro Valley Dip across the North end of the North Quay to Denton Corner, up thro the small valley east of the corner, across the back of Bishopstone ending up joining th A259 at Chyngton Lane North in Seaford.
