Charles Dickens visit in 1876

My great-great grandfather Henry Holder (b1817, So. Heighton) is thought to be the Oyster Merchant from whom Charles Dickens purchased oysters in 1876. I was told that the meeting is recorded in a publication titled "Old Towns by the Sea". I have not been able to locate this document and a search of the internet came up empty.

I would very much like to hear from anyone that knows where I can find "Old Towns by the Sea". Thank you.
